I am a Clinical Christian Counselor specializing in women's needs in the East Valley for; Trauma, Grief & Loss, Depression & Anxiety, Temperament Therapy, Divorce Care, Relationships, Women in vocational ministry and Sexual Harassments.

My treatment process is threefold involving the spirit, soul and body. If one is unhealthy, it affects the whole. Although my approach is first rooted in Biblical truth (Spirit), integrated psychology is helpful in giving insight into behavior. (Soul). A Healthy lifestyle with plenty of rest, exercise and self-care are also essential to your well being (Body).
