With a little help from family friends Tyson Basha and Shawn Maxwell\, her idea turned into a multi-million dollar company and needless to say\, she did get her dream car. Their business operates on core values\, one of which is\, "Be the change you want to see." Their mission is to love + inspire + motivate people of all ages to reach their dreams and empower them to make a difference in the lives of others.\n\n\n\n\nAbout Women in Leadership\n\nWIL delivers prestigious keynote speakers addressing topics from how to get more out of networking opportunities\, how to lead from where you stand to improving the bottom line while still having fun. Education forums including topics like social media\, and business basics will also be offered quarterly.
