Women in Leadership meets on a monthly basis to meet the needs and enhance the development of women on their professional journey.
Empowering Our Next Generation of Leaders: Influencing the Future of Women's Leadership

The trend continues that very few dollars are invested in girl's leadership programs, hence why we, as women, need to help each other and support development and mentorship for the girls and women around us. It is critical that we help accelerate the full expression of potential, talent, and diversity needed in our next generation of women leaders. The Girl Scouts started a movement over 100 years ago and continue on a mission to develop girl leaders at an early age. What can we learn from this and what can we do to influence the future of women in leadership?
Staci is a long-standing champion for girls and women, and overall loves helping youth discover their potential and their path to follow their dreams. She is the Campaign for Girls Manager with Girl Scouts-Arizona Cactus-Pine Council. She advocates and promotes the importance of girl development as well as awareness of the new Parsons Leadership Center for Girls and Women at Camp South Mountain where girls will have expanded opportunities to build their leadership potential. She has been actively involved with the community for over 15 years in her work on the Dignity Health Community Grants Committee, the Chandler-Gilbert Family YMCA Board, and ICAN’s Development Committee. In the early 2000s, she was also on the Camp CEO Board that collaborated with the Girl Scouts to develop programs for teenage girls.
Staci has 28 years of business and corporate experience primarily as a marketing and business development executive, and the majority of that was in the financial services industry. She pours her creativity, her business insight, and her endless energy into every endeavor that crosses her path. She graduated from the 2007 Chandler Leadership Institute and went on to Co-Chair and Chair in 2008 and 2009 respectively. She holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University. Her love of nature and taste for adrenaline typically lead to exciting adventures outside of the work day.

WIL delivers prestigious keynote speakers addressing topics from how to get more out of networking opportunities, how to lead from where you stand to improving the bottom line while still having fun. Education forums including topics like social media, and business basics will also be offered quarterly.
