WHAM’s 5th Annual Recycle Arts Festival and Fashion Show

“Where Creativity Goes Green”. In celebration of Earth Day, WHAM Art Association is hosting a free family fun event at the WHAM Community Center, 16560 N Dysart Ave, Surprise on Saturday, April 14 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. with food, informational booths, music and entertainment, and kids’ arts and crafts. There will also be an art exhibit and fashion show where both children and adults may express creativity with recycled materials. Adult entries for the art exhibit will be juried and prizes will be awarded to the winning entries. In the youth categories 5 to 12 and 13 to 17, ribbons will be given to winners, along with a “Thank You” gift bag for all children participating.
