Orange Is the New Black’s Big Boo: Lea DeLaria Live In Concert

Best known as ‘Big Boo’ on the Netflix hit series “Orange is the New Black,” Lea DeLaria is bringing her raunchy, raw and outrageous live show to Chandler Center for the Arts. As the first openly gay comic on television, DeLaria will go off script when appearing on stage, delivering her signature out-spoken moments. Her one-woman live show is a mix of stand-up and musical selections from her latest album, “House Of David: delaria+bowie=jazz,” released in the summer of 2015 to critical acclaim. DeLaria has a multi-faceted career as a comedian, actress, author and jazz musician that has spanned decades. She has performed in Broadway musicals as well as countless television and film roles.
