Dementia Caregivers/Partners Support Group

Trained facilitators meet with small groups of caregivers to share information and experiences. Learn and build new skills, gain peer support, and discover ideas to enhance your quality of life and the quality of life for the person you provide care for. Small group activities also include education sessions designed to increase awareness and knowledge about Alzheimer's disease and related dementia conditions. Participation is always free of charge and open to the public. Registration is not required.
