Bridgett McGowen is a published author and a professional speaker. Prior to launching her public speaking firm, BMcTALKS, a part of BMcHAWK TALKS, LLC, she served as an educational technology thought leader with an edtech company and as a faculty member with the Texas A&M University System. She has also taught for the Lone Star College System in the Houston, Texas area; has trained new faculty members for University of Phoenix (UOPX); and continues to adjunct for UOPX, teaching Communication courses. Bridgett has been identified by University of Texas at Austin's National Institute of Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) as a master presenter and has delivered hundreds of presentations at national and international conferences and events with numerous notable figures including President Barack Obama.
