2017 Activate Human Capital Conference

Join Activate Human Capital and Conscious Capitalism Arizona on April 28, 2017, at Desert Willow Conference Center in Phoenix, Arizona, as they bring together business owners, leaders, managers and more to collect best practices of Activate Human Capital’s eight People-Focused Principles of Management. Over the course of the half-day conference, participants will share successes and challenges, and help leaders and managers find the tools and techniques to implement the principles in their respective settings. ?  Begin your morning with a light breakfast as you enjoy an opportunity to network with other leaders and managers and visit tables of sponsoring organizations. Then, join all attendees for the opening remarks as we introduce the People-Focused Principles of Management. Throughout the morning, you will hear from keynote speakers and panel discussions on facilitating the principles in practice and how to best prepare current and future managers.  ? During the breakout sessions you will have the opportunity to hone in on one specific principle, sharing your thoughts and hearing from others in similar positions who have worked through the challenges and successfully implemented that particular principle.   Before adjourning for the day, the group will reconvene to recap and receive closing remarks.
